We have to update the readme as it's kinda outdated.
What's needed:

The language name for localized READMEs should be in the own language
New feature section with more features and a better explanation
Add bugs.ucserver.it link to the README to allow users to find this
Warn users that localized READMEs might not be up-to-date with the english one
Sponsor even more our OpenCollective
Add Harmony as a dependency
