FS#9 - Update the README.md for the new version

We have to update the readme as it's kinda outdated.
What's needed:
- The language name for localized READMEs should be in the own language
- New feature section with more features and a better explanation
- Add bugs.ucserver.it link to the README to allow users to find this
- Warn users that localized READMEs might not be up-to-date with the english one
- Sponsor even more our OpenCollective
- Add Harmony as a dependency
